The Green Box™ Solution incorporates many useful features and components that benefit promoters and owners of trade shows and conferences, exhibitor companies, and the attendees themselves.
The Green Box™ Components
The primary elements of ViridiSTOR’s Green Box™ Solution for reducing the cost and environmental impact associated with distribution of non-print based materials at trade shows are:
- High capacity USB flash memory devices
- The Green Box used for USB plug-in downloading of electronic promotional materials and information handouts in trade show booths
- Software applications for secure uploading of exhibitor materials to the ViridiSTOR “cloud” web site, for subsequent downloading to exhibitor Green Box units as part of the normal on-site show setup
- ViridiSTOR’s proprietary Presenter™ software that is preloaded on the individualized USB devices that attendees receive upon arrival and registration at the show – enabling them to browse and interact with show guides and exhibitor information both before and after the event
The ViridiSTOR software incorporates many useful features for show managers, exhibitor companies and the attendees themselves, such as:
- An interactive show guide with products and services listed by exhibitor name and product category, so attendees can review and pre-select exhibitors they most want to see
- Show floor maps to help attendees plan their tour of the show, with optional navigation instructions for negotiating the show floor and related facilities more easily
- Conference session listings so show visitors can pre-select which ones they’d like to attend
- A database of materials downloaded at exhibitor booths for easier post-show review, saving and sharing, with easy deletion of unwanted materials
- An intuitive user interface for the event guide that provides advanced filtering techniques that enable attendees to sort, find, print and extract show and exhibitor information that can be downloaded to other applications, such as smart phones, for use during the show
